[Help needed] Can't turn on Real-time Protection.

Hello everyone!

 

I recently uninstalled BitDefender Total Security, so I could install Advanced Systemcare with Antivirus 2013. And I'm attempting to turn on the Real-time protection, but it still claims that I have BitDefender installed. (When I obviously removed it.) I even deleted the BitDefender folder, in my program files. And of course, restarted my computer.

 

My program is up-to date, and I ran out of solutions. Any help would be appreciated. (And sorry if I'm in the wrong thread. I'm new to the forums :) )

Did you try uninstalling BitDefender using the special uninstall tool provided by BitDefender ?

Go to How to uninstall BitDefender and see the section Uninstalling BitDefender using the uninstall tool

Then double click to run this tool and click Save report to Desktop. Send us this report so that we can get the detailed information to look into.
