My computer dies frequently and I really don't know why.

Cursor disappears and keyboard no reply.

The only thing I can do is shut it down with the power button.

Can any one help me to find out what's going on? :cry::cry::cry:

I would first suspect an Over-heat problem.

(CPU or RAM getting too Hot)

Make sure all air-vents and CPU-heatsink are clean and that fans are operating properly.

 

If that checks okay, I would next suspect the Toshiba MK5059 2.5" hard-drive.

If I remember correctly, it was one of the first 2.5" 500.GB drives produced and had a high failure rate.

(also due to over-heating usually, and they required excessive cooling air-flow, compared to newer models)

 

EDIT- I did some checking, and it appears that the Toshiba MK5059GSXP drive is No longer sold at most stores in the USA,

so I assume Toshiba has stopped making that model.

Toppack brings a good point! You can utilize Piriform Speccy to report any internal temperatures... the free version will be fine. It is a light, free, easy to use software by a reputable programmer. Upon launch it will show the internal system temps on its main GUI.

 

I am curious if you are still using Google Chrome?

There are no services running for it and usually there is at least one.

 

Also what is this software? "C:\Program Files (x86)\360\360safe\deepscan\zhudongfangyu.exe"

It appears to be the source of the event errors in your report.
