Advanced System Care blocked by Trend Micro Antivirus

When I run Advanced System Care on my computer it is blocked by the Trend Micro Titanium for Dell antivirus program . I have put the program and the folder in the exceptions list in the setting of the antivirus program but it does not make any difference. I still get a message saying that Trend Micro has successfully blocked a suspicious program. Can any one help please!

I think we need attention from IObit Team here.

 

BTW, did you try putting all the files in the main ASC folder istead of the folder itself in the exception list of Trend Micro?

By the way... Eset is still flagging and removing Iobit softwares (Iobit installation packages to be specific).

Please provide the following information so that we can test it.

 

-The specified version of your Trend Micro Antivirus;

-Take a screen shot of the message you got so that we can see whether it's Advanced SystemCare was blocked.

 

BTW, is your Advanced SystemCare the latest 5.4 version?
