Trouble with installation

I purchased ASC + anti-virus for 3 systems recently. I installed it on one system already. When I try to install it on this one I get an error message during installation. Right before the installation starts a dialog window pops up with the message:

 

Access violation at address 0040409E in module

'asc-antivirus-setup.tmp'. Read of address 770013D8.

 

Never had this error before so not sure what to do. Any help would be great, thank you in advanced.

Did you Re-boot the computer and try again?

If so, I think I would try running a Registry-Cleaner program next.

That is a Registry Error message.

Are you using the same installation file as you used the first time?

 

You could perhaps re-download the installation file to eliminate the possibility of a corrupt download.
