ASC With Anti-Virus Keeps Creating User Folder

ASC With Anti-Virus Keeps Creating User Folder for a user that no longer exists. I initially installed ASC when the old user existed but have since created a new one and deleted the old one. But, I keep finding tyhe opld user folder popping up:

C:\Users\James\AppData\Roaming\IObit\Advanced SystemCare V5\Boottime

Every time I delete it and reboot it gets re-created.

Any ideas how to permanently delete this folder?

Hi james,

I suspect that you only >removed< the old user, this does not delete all the associated files.

Remnants still probably exist in

C/user/public. or c/user/xxxx.

suggest you run a search on the old user name.

NB some of these files will be classied as hidden.
