Registry problems NOT to be repaired/deleted?

On the previous version of Advanced SystemCare, I'd got into the habit of de-selecting registry problems for repair which were listed as high-risk, in terms of their deletion causing issues.

 

Is there somewhere on the new version which allows this? Or was I being unnecessarily cautious in any case?!
