There is a difference in the Arab Windows Start button

We Arabs have Windows Start button to the right and not the left

Can you turn the Start button to the right?

١٢٧ = 127

The numbers in Arabic are written from left to right while the letters in a word are written from right to left.

In the example shown hundreds are on the left - tens are in the middle - and ones are to the right, - just like in western script

Here is a sentence from the Quran

اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ [١:٦]

Show us the straight way :-)

Do you have a screenshot that shows the Arabic interface in XP after hitting the start button?
