Blue Screen after install

I too had this same problem installing ASC, I finally got it to install but now it still BSOD's if I run Smart Defrag or let ASC run Smart Defrag... I uninstalled just Smart Defrag and now have No more issue's but I miss the defrag being built in! ;)

Hi Crazy.Tim this makes no sense to me...

 

ASC cannot run SmartDefrag... they are two different programs and there is no command line there... please explain further.:grin:

Sorry for the delay. :oops:

 

Please kindly follow the instructions below to find minidump file.

 

Double click Computer on the desktop -> Double click C -> Double click Windows -> Find Minidump folder there. -> Zip the folder and send it to us for further check.
