Shortcut Fixer does not delete Selected Items

I ran a scan and Shortcut Fixer came up with 80 invalid shortcuts. I check-marked them, but when I went to Process, clicked on Delete Selected Items, and then confirmed, nothing happened. No files were deleted.

 

When I tried "Fix This Item," it was grayed out until I highlighted one of the invalid shortcuts.

 

Suggestions? Thanks!

Would you please furnish us with a screenshot

I assume you are talking about the Shortcut fixer in the Toolbox

Nothing wrong by me.

By me they are selected automatically though and I just have to press Fix
