i am unable to download the tools

Which IObit software are you using, what 'tools' are you trying to download and where are you trying to download them from ?

its advanced system care 6.4 paid up when the links are clicked ie registry defrag download failed please check youre connection or try again later .. thanks for the reply

Sorry for my late reply.

 

Can you use other tools in Tool box? Please check and ensure your network is connected. If you still have the issue, please please download the tool from: http://download.iobit.com/test/info-helper-v6.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get zipped file ASC6_Info_File.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can look into the issue further.
