system info showing wrong info

The system info shows I've ie 9 when I'm using IE 11 dev preview and it shows directx v4 wheras I have version 11

You are right I see this too. Looks like you have the same OS and me. Just wondering if this happen on any other versions of windows.

Earlier when I was using xp with asc free v6.4, some same kind of problems used to be there with this tool. :smile:

Download it and ran it. It gave the right info.

But how to fix problem with toolbox tool. :?:

dev3 is right, although when you run it as stand alone, it shows the correct versions, but when you replace the new file in ASC7 folder and run it through ASC 7 Tool Box, the information is still wrong for IE and DirectX.

Wromg info

 

Using ASC 7.0 pro with 80 trails left. But still the system information shows wrong info. Is there a newer version available that I am missing or is the solution still pending.As discussed above i downloaded the standalone system information and that works perfectly. But today i downloaded the tools from within the toolbox and that showed wrong information.:cry::cry::cry:

unfortunately, no. Whenever you try to replace the toolbox tool, it won't work but standalone works. when replaced it downloads the old tool. I wish this is resolved asap.

Yesterday I updated to version 7.0.6.364 and the System info still shows the wrong info. I have DirectX 11 whereas the Sys Info shows DirectX 4.0
