Hello,

 

I'm having trouble getting Advanced Systemcare 7.1.0.387 which I think is the new version to clean firefox, chrome and internet explorer. Every time I use the privacy feature is doesn't clean my web browsers. I even downgraded to Advanced Systemcare 6.4 but I felt like by downgrading ASC would miss something. I was hoping someone could help me.

Please let us take a look at your main.ini file - usual location:

C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\IObit\Advanced SystemCare V7 -main.ini (copy it's content and paste it here)

In order for us to see your settings

I think I'm just donna downgrade back to ASC 6. Version 7 just doesn't seem to be working for me. Here is a new one.

What was not cleaned? Have you checked the settings to ensure that you have ticked the related items that you want to clean?

 

By the way, please check and make sure to update to the latest ASC v7.1 from http://www.iobit.com/downloadcenter.php?product=advanced-systemcare

 

If you ticked the related items in the latest version, but it still can not clean your browsers, please download the tool from https://www.dropbox.com/s/yiep36dtt63k1qn/InfoHelperV7.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

It’s okay. It was the holiday season and I understand that things slow down during that time. I meant that ASC 7 didn’t clean my internet history.Everytime I tried to clean it with ASC 7, I would go back and check my web browsers Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome and the history would still be there. That was the only issue I had with it. Here is the zip file you asked for as well.
