Advanced System Care 7 isn't removing cookies from the following location in Windows 8.1:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCookies\Low.

Yes I have "Cookies" ticked in settings.

Have you looked in Settings/Ignore List/Browser Cookies

Some cookies are placed in the ignore list by default at program installation.

exactly some cookies should not be deleted as that may cause problems

Hi dev3,

The point Scannan has risen about the ignore list of cookies has nothing to do with the problem if some of the cookies are deleted.

Please follow what the Forum leaders have written and please do not write anything about the content of what they have written if you are not 100% sure about what you have written, otherwise we are not helping the Users, but confusing them.

The cookies in the Ignore list are considered to be harmless and put there as default for the convenience of the users if they visit the web sites that related to those cookies.

They could be deleted from there and it will not cause any problems other than those web pages remembering the visit of the users.

Thank you and cheers.
