Privacy Sweep Problem

I've just run Privacy Sweep and encountered a problem I've not seen before. At 6% privacy sweep encounters something and won't make further progress.

 

The sticking point appears to be like a URL and related to Netflix.

 

Scanning: http://cdn1.nflximg.net/images/<number>/<number>.jpg

 

A search via Windows Explorer doesn't detect such a file or address. Removing similar references from the IE Cache doesn't seem to help.

try CleanMyPC Registry Cleaner, it has aPrivacy Eraser <it has a bit more cleaning power than ASC>if you run this program first then run ASC to see if the problem is fixed.....download link here - http://www.registry-cleaner.net/

Does Privacy Sweep scan get stuck at 6% every time?

 

To help you out of the problem, please send us the related screenshots when it gets stuck for us to look into.

Besides, please download the tool from http://testdemo.iobit.com/InfoHelperV7.exe

 

Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop�. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop and please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into.

ASC v7.4 Pro was downloaded this morning. That version does not have the problem of Privacy Sweep getting hung up. Thanks for your efforts.
