Respectfully, I have problem and for several times I contacted with driver Booster having driver booster pro in addtion to Advanced System Pro, but nobody responds and takes in consideration on my problem!! neither Iobit forum, if the iobit is going to continue such behavior I will stop my subscription next time.

In addition to, in home page of the Iobit forum there is not any option to log in in order to post the problems and man has to turn round for long time, why don't you solve this problem?? I mentioned it for several times, but nobody takes it in consideration.

Would you please inform us what the problem is in detail? And also please download http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe >> double click to run this tool on the problem PC >> click 'Save report to Desktop' >>find db_info_xxxx.zip on your desktop >> send the zip file to dbfeedback@iobit.com.

We will look into this problem and get back to you as soon as possible.
