How to add some program to whitelist on Startup Manager?

How to add some program to whitelist on StartUp Manager? Or change recommend to enable.

On the extreme right there is an arrow. If you click on it you will see a dropdown menu....Enable/Disable/Delay.

 

There is no Whitelist for Startup Manager.

In ASC settings there is an ignore list, but this is only to prevent an item being scanned by ASC. I can see absolutely no reason why you would want

a Startup item to NOT be scanned.
