RENEWED SOFTWARE UPDATER STILL DISPLAYS SOFTWARE IS ABOUT TO EXPIRE.

Good Morning, 

On March 23, 2021 I purchased the Renewal Software Updater. Order Number xxxxxxxxx for the renewal purchase price of $13.75 USD Which would extend my subscription to 

April 23, 2022. I have written several emails to request assistance. OR get a new Software Code/Key as my current software is about to expire. I have been a long time customer

and I do not understand why getting assistance is such a problem.  All I would like is a new working key/code that will make the software functional.
