Addressing Driver Booster Pro Subscription Problem

I purchased a one year subscription of Driver Booster Pro last year around March/April when I built my pc. I was sent an email to pay for my subscription again about 3 months ago, which I paid for again because I was confused. Anyway, I just recieved another email to pay for it again. I am not sure what is going on and I don't see any where to get of hold of someone for support with this problem. I don't have time to spend working through the issues related to contacting for support. Too much work. I like the software, but I don't want to have to keep paying for it before it is actually time for me. I'm confused.

1) Don't pay for it. Your licence is time based and will still work'

2) It might be a scam.
