Free VAT in EU

I 've VAT free in EU, and in the page of renew of my software there is no possible to add my VAT number so that way i don't have to pay the VAT.
've to renew some IOBIT Software - Driver Booster, Smart Defrag; i also use Advanced Systemcare, Malware Fighter. And i recomend to many persons the Iobit Software and are software easy toi use and intuitive.

Could you please let me now how we can fix the situation of my VAT Free EU.
