'powerful uninstall' option(or whatever the wording is) suddenly disappeared

I've been using iobit uninstaller(free) for many years now on my win10 pc and have grown to 'rely' on it/'habitually use it'.  Just recently, however(like during the past month or so), that 'powerful uninstall' option no longer appears in my add/remove programs.  Just today, I tried removing, redownloading and reinstalling it, followed by immediately rebooting(prob unnecessary, but did it anyway), and I still don't get that "powerful uninstall" option in the 'Programs and Features' applet in Control Panel(see 'attached' screenshot showing IO.U is installed, today's date for the install, but no 'powerful uninstall' option anymore.  I tried looking in options for iobit uninstaller, but nothing looked off.  Any ideas? Thanks!
