Problems with a order - HELP me please....

Yesterday morning i've renew Driver Booster and Advance System Care and the payment have been made but i didn't receive any email with the new license codes for both software. I've tried the option of redeem license key but only send the license keys bought last year that ended by these days.

I would like to have the chance to speak with someone because i can provide the credit card number and then you can check the order and send the license keys.

This renew is from the softweare of a aunt that she doesn't almost anything of compiuter, licenses keys, and how to activate; is it me who does all that trhings.

I've sent through the form in the IOBIT website an emaiil yesterday explaining everything but i did'n receive any reply to it.

Thank you in advance and hope i can solve this situation.

I read the info in the link but that didn't solved the issue. As what i need is an email so i can send the credit card number and the email which the order have been made and i didn't find any email adrress to send the information. The payment have been made but recieve proper help/support is another thing. Never image that IOBIT had this kind of very poor support. I've send the form in the website 3 times (but due 3 fields are not filled because we don't have that information; what IOBIT should have done is asking the costumer send the proof of the order (payment) and the email associate to the order. But that they have never asked. I work fior quite a few years with IOBIT and never a problem with support.
