Received emails re: needing to renew licenses for iobit products, but no spare $ atm

I've received email reminders about needing to renew our licenses for our iobit products(multiple), but my wife is pretty adamant about us not having the $ atm...I'm permanently disabled from strokes(childhood brain tumor survivor) and can't work, let alone even drive.  How can I get in touch with iobit to deal with the licensing issue? My wife gave me a credit card I can use to renew them...
