Please download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/db/debug/DBInfoHelper.exe 
Double click to run this tool and click 'Save report'. So you will get the zipped file db_info_YYYYMMDD.zip on your desktop.
Send the zip file to feedback@iobit.com.

If you cannot start your computer into normal mode, please start your computer into safe mode and run the debug tool above in safe mode to generate the debug file.

Hi, Here are some of the effective ways to fix the blue screen on Windows:

1. Startup in Safe Mode
2. System Restore
3. Blue Screen Troubleshooter
4. Remove Windows Update
5. Reinstall Windows

The program works on my PC - will not work on Surface Pro 8, reported this error early in 2022. 

Reply was to run a debug tool, What Iobit staff don't remember is that in some cases, a computer cannot be restarted from a Blue screen and has to be done by reloading the original software. I did this and ran the debug tool and never had a reply from Iobit. Gave up, stopped using it. 

If anyone reading this does find the problem with this software causing a Blue screen on the Surface Pro 8, I would like to know.
