Smart Defrag problem

I've tried to install the above program many times but I get the same error message.   Here's a screen print.....

Your anti-virus/anti-malware program is blocking the installation.

I've no idea what I need to turn off.  I've turned off Norton but I also have IObit advanced system care so have turned off the Anti spyware - still getting the same message.  I hate doing this as I forget how to turn things on again.   Is there an easier defrag program that I can use that won't cause any problems please?

Windows 10 has it's own built-in Defrag program, which by default runs automatically every week.

In fact, unless you have turned windows defrag off, you should not run another defrag program, as they will

conflict with each other.

To see windows defrag program, just type defrag in the windows search in the taskbar.
