Canceling Iobit Auto-Renewal and Payment

Hi,  i am reaching out you guys here with a request for assistance regarding the upcoming auto-renewal for my Iobit subscription. I'm having some difficulty locating the option to cancel it, and I wanted to make sure that I won't be charged this month.

I've decided to discontinue the auto-renewal because I no longer require the service, and I'm sincerely hoping for your guidance in facilitating the cancellation process. I've found it somewhat challenging to navigate the cancellation procedure, and your support would be greatly appreciated.

I'm also looking for quick help, to cancel auto renewal urgently, I received 2 emails this morning, saying they would renew them automatic, with the current costs with heating & electricity I can't afford items to be automatically renewed.

in fact I took out a special offer in the last 2 weeks, to renew, no way can I afford money to be taken out.

l've sent messages to customer support, no reply!

Can someone please Help?
