How do you cancel auto renewal

Hi, I'm trying to cancel auto renewal on my IObit Uninstaller subscription but cannot login to the customer account to get to the options (When I click login, screen just flickers and resets the Verification Code).

Any ideas?

Ok, I've figured out how to disable auto renew, you have to do it through 2Checkout website (link given in Subscription renewal email), also deleted my credit card details, as I recently had money taken from my bank account from an app that I had disabled the auto renew feature and it had been turned back on again.

 

In future I won't be subscribing to apps that have an auto renew option that is enabled on by default.
