Complaint to Scannan: That was uncalled for.

Recommended Posts

Since you cannot receive messages Scannan: (another fantastic service to make you unavailable as a moderator) i was forced to post it in here.

Don't blame me for the fact that this forum is so unclear as to where to post things. It's not like i'm posting here to bother you or to make you do more work. You're not doing a good job as a moderator, you never provided an answer to the question, you never told me which section is the right section to post in. In general you are NOT HELPFULL AT ALL, and on top of that i get a nasty attitude from you.

So i tell you how you can improve yourself.

Instead of blaming the new user. Give feedback to the admin that the forum is not CLEAR AT ALL.

Have a forum Advanced System Care Problems
Have a forum Iobit Uninstaller Problems.

I would've posted in that, instead we have advanced system care 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 forum,

And making people read useless guideliness when all the want is Problem > Answer

Yes, please be stuck up in your Guidelines and rules as opposed to actually help someone with a problem

Great Service, Fantastic.

Since you cannot receive messages Scannan: (another fantastic service to make you unavailable as a moderator) i was forced to post it in here. :- Yes I can receive messages. I receive them all the time.

Don't blame me for the fact that this forum is so unclear as to where to post things. :- Never blamed you for anything. I simply pointed out the Rules. It's not like i'm posting here to bother you or to make you do more work. You're not doing a good job as a moderator, you never provided an answer to the question,:-You do not understand the function of a Moderator:- you never told me which section is the right section to post in. In general you are NOT HELPFULL AT ALL, and on top of that i get a nasty attitude from you. :-You are entitled to your opinion.

So i tell you how you can improve yourself. :- You are hilarious..🤣

Instead of blaming the new user. Give feedback to the admin that the forum is not CLEAR AT ALL. :- Instead of moaning, why don't you tell us where the Forum is not clear. Then we have information we can work with. Or, would that be too much like work for you.

Have a forum Advanced System Care Problems :- It is already there
Have a forum Iobit Uninstaller Problems. :- It is already there

I would've posted in that, instead we have advanced system care 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 forum, :-Look more carefully

And making people read useless guideliness when all the want is Problem > Answer :- Only the lazy self entitled people would say/think this.

Yes, please be stuck up in your Guidelines and rules as opposed to actually help someone with a problem :- I have helped many many Users over many many years. If you have an issue with Rules and Guidelines, I am sure there is help out there for such an issue.

Great Service, Fantastic. :- Glad you think so. We do our best.

there could be a index that has a link or lists all pages or a list of sub forums under the title headers.so it may be easier to post in the right section. --example-- there's a list under Advanced SystemCare *ASC General Discussions* or the title headers might have a little more info on them

The old forum was much better for navigating.

However, any User can simply click on Browse/Forums (in the header) and read through the list. It is very obvious which

sub-forum is appropriate.

Unfortunately, the Users who have issues with this are most likely ones who do not bother to do this but just post in the first

sub-forum they come to.

Anyway, I have made many suggestions/requests to Iobit regarding including better info in the header and I got nowhere basically.
