Uninstaller won't open giving saying that it is not official version and wont work anymore

Just tried to update from version 12 to 13.2.0.5 and I have still same old issue I had before. Will it ever get fixed?

Double click GetIObitConfigurationFile.exe to run it, and click the button 'Save the report to Desktop'
Wait for a while until you see a file IU_logs_YYYYMMDD.log generated on your desktop.
Send that file iu_logs_YYYYMMDD.log to iufeedback@iobit.com for further assistance.

No answer from IObit since I mailed it 2 weeks ago. Why does it happen with every new version?
