Yes, of course. As long as your Advanced SystemCare Pro license code is still in its valid service time, you can use your code on Advanced SystemCare 18. 

Note: Free giveaway license codes for old versions of Advanced SystemCare or lifetime codes for old versions of Advanced SystemCare cannot be used on the new version of Advanced SystemCare 18.

None of this makes any sense. RC is release candidate, which means it is the final test version before general release to the public.

So, it should not be necessary to have any licence as those users who run an RC version are in effect testers/guinea pigs.

However, recently, I have encountered a frustrating problem that has rendered the software inexecutable. The shortcut icon for Advanced SystemCare on my desktop is showing a blank paper, and when I click on it, a message pops up stating: "The item 'ASC.exe' that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?" This message appears every time I try to launch the software, making it impossible for me to access its functionalities.

As a user who relies on my computer for work, this issue has been causing significant disruptions to my daily routine. I have tried various troubleshooting methods to resolve this issue, including re-installing the software, updating it to the latest version, and even restarting my computer. However, none of these solutions have been successful in fixing the problem. I am writing to you today in the hopes that you can help me address this issue and find a solution to restore the functionality of Advanced SystemCare on my computer.

I'm sorry for the late reply and sorry for the issue you encountered.

Please download the tool from https://cdn.iobit.com/dl/tools/InfoHelper.exe. Then double-click to run this tool on the PC with the problem and click "Save report". After it finishes, you will get a pop-up window to tell you where the report file IObit_Debug_Info.zip is saved. Click the "OK" button to open that saved folder.

Please send the zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip to us via the email address feedback@iobit.com.
