IObit Unknown SysTray Icon

Running Advanced SystemCare Pro V3.3.4. On reboot, get IObit Unknown SysTray Icon. Uninstall/Reinstalled and still appears. When I click it, it disappears. How do I permanently stop it from appearing?

If it is related to ASC then please provide screenshots of your setting.

If it isn't then let's see a screenshot of the icon preferrably with a popup that tells its legend..
