Hello, AWC v2.5.5 is available now, but we will update our website in a few days for some reason. Regarding the renewal, the purchase Qut (quantity) will be the same as you purchased last year. If you want to change the Qut (quantity), you can purchase a new license or you can contact us to modify the record for you.

Please help if you can! Upon downloading AWC 2.55 Personal, my system was so bad, the connection was lost many times. After restarting the download many times, the program would only be downloaded to 594 kb. Trying repeatedly brought in the same kb even if deleting the previous download or using another computer. The file downloaded appears to be corrupt as well.

Could you tell us exactly what happens when you try to dowload? Also, do you have an older version installed now? Maybe with a little more info we could help.

Could it be the extra (security) line that pops up before downloading?

You have to click on that line and accept the download.

Hi there jjconstr,

 

I am a newbie like yourself, when I open WindowsCare I also get a side window (if that's what its called) that says IObit News Center and in this section it displays new versions etc. I just click on the one that is appropriate to myself and it takes me straight to the website where I just download the new version. Now as for the slow download I am only on dialup so you can imagine how slow things are but I found a program that downloads things that quick most of the time it's finished within minutes. If you would like the link to the program just email me at lah1405@gmail.com. I have been using this now for 6 months and best thing of all its free. Its the second best thing since sliced bread of course the first is WindowsCare (lol).

 

Sorry to moderators for promoting another program, don't know if I am allowed to do this or not.

try disabling the system defense and the start-up of it and it should work fine. when i allowed system defense to run my pc froze up constantly but disabling that and using it as on demand, its become one of the most use products in my collection.

I can download it OK. But I get a ".efw" file. It won't execute. How do I use it to upgrade?:-?

Download it from:

 

Download Personal Edition .

 

Download Professional Edition .

 

After clicking "Save", in the "Save As" window, write the extention manually as ".exe". (Such as "AWCSetup.exe").

Click "Save" to save the file as exe.

 

NOTE:You have to give permission to IE to download the file. (click white horizontal bar under the Command Bar at top and click "Download File".)
