Updated to 4.0.1 Now I can't Activate [SOLVED]

Advanced System Care told me an update was available but I couldn't download the pro version all it had was a Buy button so I downloaded the free version thinking it would update my 4.0.0 Pro to the latest version.

 

What it actually did was reset my Pro to Free and now when I try to use my code to activate it says that I have used up all my activations and have to purchase another key.

 

I just renewed my key last month and already it's no good. Lovely. :roll:

Yes, that is what should have happened. There is no separate Free and Pro version, the license key 'unlocks' the extra features of the Pro version

 

I suggest doing a Clean Install

Yes it's corrected. I emailed support and they were able to reset my activation key. The Upgrade deactivated my Pro copy and wouldn't let me re-activate so they had to reset it. :grin:
