Performance monitor

Hello. I'm cheking the Performane Monitor when my computer gets slow and I see that the disk bar is always at 100%,

but the other bars don't get to a 100%.

 

Can you tell me what can I do so the disk don't overcharge and don't get to a 100%?

 

I got installed tuneup 2011.

 

This is the data that I see when I open iTunes:

 

CPU 5% RAM 67%

Disk 100% Network 0.00%

 

Processes: 46

Registry Size: 8Mb

Have you run a Disk Defragmenter program lately?

If not, IObit's 'Smart-Defrag' is a Good one to use.

 

Defraging will greatly reduce Disk access Time and speed up your computer.

If you could tell us more about your computer and your setup it would be easier to give you some suggestions.

for example total size of harddisk and amount of free space. :-)
