found another bug

when the scan crashes and program offers to send a bug report, it wont send

I have sent three bug reports and they have all gone wrong at the "send a screen-shot" stage I fear that you are loosing valuable information.

|I would consider fixing the bug reporter as a top priority.

If you failed to send the bug report via the program automatically, you can find the bug report in C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare 5 usually.

 

Then you can send the bug report via online email feedback: http://iobit.com/onlinesupport.html

I can only find one bug report file I did not see any backup bug report files.
