when i start deframentation in automatic defragmentation tab it shows disk always 100% whats that ? :-?

Does the Persentage change when you run it Manually?

As I understand your question I suppose it shows that it checks your entire chosen disk.

Please tell us your program version and even better send us a screenshot showing us what you mean!
