ASC License Issues

I have upgraded my computers to Win 7, my desktop accepted the license code, but my Laptop gets the message that I have exceeded my limit. I have a three computer license pack. The program is installed and licensed on my wife's desktop, my desktop, and it was licensed on my laptop until I did the upgrade to Win 7. Please help!
