Hi all,

 

re BETA2

 

 

After logging off/on unable to access, without having to enter licence code,it told me that my VALID Pro code was invalid

which will ask you to revert to ASC5, no other option available if you dont have 1.

Action centre(W7) also told me that AV was OFF, was able to start it via AC.

 

still checking other bits.

 

Enoskype can you move my other posting from IMF, same title.

unable to revert back to just ASC5, even after removing all traces off ASC5/ASCwithAV.

ended up doing system restore to a prior date this worked,

Did you use a Advanced SystemCare license code to register Advanced SystemCare with Antivirus?

 

Otherwise, please PM me your situation and describe the details.

Guys, please give us feedback about the status of your problems.

 

We can not understand if the problems are fixed after communicating with Cicely, by some other method , or even if they are solved at all.

 

I will wait a while and consider this problem solved if no feedback is received.

Hi enoskype,

 

From scrd01's experience, he used a ASC license code to register ASC with Antivirus, which caused this error.

 

As you know, ASC and ASC with Antivirus are two programs and each have their separate license codes.

scrd01's (the Original Poster) title is scary so that's why I asked as there was no info about the result.

 

I wonder how dav88's problem is solved!!!

I did the same as scrd01's and used a ASC license code to register ASC with Antivirus which did cause an error. Everything is working fine on my end. Thank you for your support.
