Please delete the License.dat file in the installation directory of ASC and the Advanced SystemCare V5 folder in IObit folder under %programdata%.

 

BTW, why do you want to remove the key and go back to the free version?

I also am curious as to why you would want to revert to the free version. You could disable the unlocked features/settings and revert to the "free version" without removing your license.

I am using my old computer for my grandchilden and I have only 2 keys
