can't update outdate antivirus database

Please help, i can't update my outdate antivirus.

How should i do ?

First of all, am I correct in assuming you are talking about Advanced Systemcare Ultimate (ASCU).

As your screenshot says....did you check your internet connection.

If your internet connection is ok, then most likely your firewall or another antimalware program is blocking the connection.

i already turn off the firewall and the problem exist

As you give very little info regarding your issue, which makes it difficult to assist. I suggest that you do two things.

Reset your Internet Router (switch off for 30 seconds and switch on again).

If that does not solve the issue, Re-install ASCU.

Did you try uninstalling the software and then installing the latest version of the Antivirus?

Even repairing the software would work I guess.

Please find autoupdate.log in the program installation folder (usually: C:\Program Files\IObit\Advanced SystemCare with Antivirus 2012) and send it to IObit support team. They can help you with an exact solution.
