You should be raising this issue on a Malwarebytes Forum.

I know you guys admin and moderators are frustrating. As for us consumers are too. Because the auto subscription OFF/ON is no where to be found. Contact phone #, email disappeared. I had IOBIT for quite a few yrs. I and alot of folks didn't have this issue . But this yr , newly accepting payment company is loosing us. Respecfully.

This and similar issues have been dealt with already many many times in the Forum and the FAQ's.

This and similar issues have been dealt with many times in the Forum.
Also in the FAQ's.
I have removed personal details from your post.

What have you selected in the Junk Files Clean settings.?
-
I have never come across this situation before. Very strange,
Can you give the following info.....
1) You cannot install SD or ASC.?
2)You cannot download SD or ASC.?
3) When did this start happening...was it after a change on your system, such as an Update/Upgrade.?
4) You have disabled all antivirus/antimalware programs including windows security, and were still unable to download SD or ASC.?

It has to be something on your system blocking them.
Have you tried running them in Safe Mode.
-
I suggest that you go to the Majorgeeks site, and download the latest version.
Do not uninstall your present version....just run the new installer.
Have a look at this post....https://forums.iobit.com/topic/24047-how-to-update-uninstaller-pro/#comment-126494
Also, it is important to remember that Edge cannot be removed. It is an integral part of the windows operating system.

This is a very confusing post, as there are numerous issues and very little info.
Did you do an update?
The checkboxes would not untick themselves. Something must have happened.
If there are traces left behind you can fix that in settings.
I do not understand what Auto Monitor has to do with blocking Edge.
Why do you want to re-install???.
Why not just go through your settings and set them to suit your requirements.

You are most welcome. Glad to help,

Just go to the Majorgeeks site and download the latest Uninstaller. Then just run the installer. You do not even have to
uninstall your present version. It should keep your Pro status, but if it does not just enter your licence code again.
So make sure you have your licence code. You can get your code by clicking on Manage Licence (Bottom right corner) on your present version.
-
Do you click on Options.....then...Check for Updates.
I just did this and it did not take me to The Homepage....it just told me there is an update available.
-
nobody understands rules?
I speak German fluently, but the rules are quite clear.
Also, as per the rules, you must post in the correct/ relevant area of the forum. In this case the Uninstaller section.
Please re-post now.

Same answer as was given to your recent Smart Defrag issue.
-
Did you try the free version. Maybe it will be enough for your needs.
-
When your licence expires, the software just reverts to the free version, so you will only lose access to the Pro functions.

Click on her Profile Icon and you will see..."Send a Message"
-
Seeing as you did not bother to tell us which part....you should take it up with PC Matic.
-
If your issue is with Driver Booster....why did you post in Advanced SystemCare 16 section???
-
Cicely, from Iobit, should deal with this issue for you.
If you do not receive a reply from her, then send a Private Message to her, explaining your issue, and provide a link also to this Topic.

Glad to help.

I would welcome a cookies management tool in ASC. A similar tool is in CCleaner.

The Verification Code is really a Captcha....it is there on the right hand side....just enter it.
Where it asks for the code...look to the right.....you will see a code there....like a captcha...enter that.
It is a very bad setup...but Iobit does not care about things like that...so it will never change.
Reinstallation of Winzip impossible
in Advanced SystemCare 16

If you know that there are remnants left, then you should be able to uninstall those manually.
Look for any remaining files/folders in Appdata and program files, and if any, remove them.
I do not know why you manually deleted winzip keys from the registry, That can lead to all kinds of issues.
I specifically said, to do a Registry clean with ASC.
ASC does not do Software Updates without being asked. You have to tell it to do updates.
How do you know it was ASC that updated Winzip??
