    Since you posted in the Forum Usage Guidelines section....then it is strange that you did not actually bother reading the Guidelines.

    Also, you should have posted in the relevant section of the Forum, related to your product.

    Since you did not do so, we do not know which product(s) you are having difficulty with.

    So, I suggest you re-post..in English...in the correct area, so we know which product to help you with.

    In future, if you do not post in English, and/or post in the wrong area...your post will be deleted.

  4. Ok,...I have unlocked the Topic and accepted your apology. Also, I accept that Iobit is not very good with customer relations.

    So, now to your issue....Only Iobit can answer the Lifetime Licence question.....good luck with that!!

    As for the Folder limit question....there is no limit for the paid version.

    However, I am concerned regarding your mentioning flash drives/usb's.....Protected Folder only works on the machine where the program

    is installed. It does not work on external flash drives/usb's. Of course you can move your files/folders from your external devices to the Protected Folder

    but then they would no longer be on your external devices. I suggest you read the Product Manual (as you should have done before using the program).

    You picked the most severe solution to your issue.

    You could have simply reinstalled the touchpad driver. The instructions on how to do this were in the posts I sent you.

    I do not understand why your concern is with cancelling the payment,

    Surely, you should be more concerned by the fact that a payment was taken for a product you did not purchase, and as

    such should be something that you would raise with your account manager (bank/credit card company).....or even the police.

  7. Everything is there for you to help yourself. If you are not prepared to put in the effort, then we cannot help you.

    I quickly looked at the Driver Booster forum sections and immediately found many posts that would help you,

    so I do not know why you cannot find them.
