  1. Did you have ASCU14 or just ASC14. If you only had ASC14 and had no issues with your program, then that tells us that it is the antivirus function which is causing the issue. If you look in the User Manual under the section entitled Protections, you will see the various System and Browser functions. If you switch them off one by one it should show you which one is causing the issue. Once you have that you can then whitelist for that function.
  2. Seeing as you give very little detail of the issue, it makes it more difficult to assist you. Did you go through all the settings in ASCU to ensure it is set up to suit your needs. Did you try stopping the various protections one at a time to identify which function is causing the issue. why do you have to edit the glyphs every time. Do you not make a backup of the working file. Why can you not "whitelist" your program. Just put it in the ignore list of ASCU. ASCU is already a functioning version. It just sees your program as a threat for some reason, and seeing as you know it is not a threat, then you must educate/set up ASCU to suit your needs. I also strongly suggest you read the ASCU User Manual.

  4. I just tested it and the link is working fine. So...something on your system is blocking it. Probably your anti-virus/anti-malware, or windows defender. Which is probably also causing the issue with the games.
  5. Did you read any of the posts in this section of the forum. The solution is there.
  6. I tried to translate your post....but google could not recognise your language. If you want to make a point...try doing it in a manner that other people can understand. As for your issue...I have been using Iobit software and Malwarebytes together for many years....no problem.. because instead of moaning...I simply put the Iobit software into the Malwarebytes Ignore list....

  8. If you require assistance, then you must post in the correct/relevant section of the forum. This is not a Iobit Free Tools issue. You should now post in the relevant area for your issue. Your post will be removed from here shortly.

  11. Before you ran Driver Booster.... Did you make a backup of your file/system. Did you create a restore point in case something went wrong. Did you go through all the settings in Driver Booster before using it. After the update and the issue happened.... did you rollback the driver(s)....Did you try a restore point......before you did the Factory reset.
  12. This is not a General Forum Item. I will move it to the correct area this time. In future posts in the wrong area will be deleted. The verification code is not your licence code....it is the code in the box on the right hand side (like a Captcha) you just enter that.
  13. Unfortunately, having done the factory reset now takes away your option to rollback, as it has set everything back to the state your pc was in when it was shipped. Including all the Drivers. A factory reset should be an absolute last resort, when every other possible solution has failed. Did you look in Device Manager to see if there are any warning signs or exclamations or question marks next to any of the drivers.
  14. If you did the driver rollback and it rolled back successfully...then logic says that everything should have been ok again. If it is not, then something else also happened. Did you check the Driver Booster logs to see if it did more than just the one driver update.
  15. You say you "Tried" to do a driver rollback. Does that mean that it failed to rollback. And yes...it is worth downloading the driver from AMD.
  16. While the other posts may not have "specifically" mentioned an AMD Sata driver....they certainly deal with the issue(s) of driver updates causing problems such as freezing and slowing. Did you try a system restore point to a time before the update. Did you do the driver rollback Before you did the factory reset. Did you update more than one driver.
  17. Please see the many other posts in the Forum on similar issues and suggested solutions.
  18. So actually...Read This.... This is a HELP Forum....got it????....a Help Forum. Users come here for HELP... and we VOLUNTEERS try to help them. You did not even look for help. You just ranted and moaned. So....your pc had an issue.....Booo Hoo... so instead of asking for help....you did your own thing... Then your Brother fixed it....and rather than ask what he did, and post the solution here...which might help others... You sucked your thumb...had a little cry...and threw a tantrum.....SAD..
