  1. I did answer your question and again I reiterate that the solution to your issue has already been given. But, seeing as it took you two days to respond to the last post, I will assume that this is not actually an important or critical issue for you, so there will be no further responses from me.
  2. Iobit does not have a tool for controlling fan speed. It is more important that you try to extablish the reason for your fan issue, rather than just trying to overcome it with software. If there is an actual physical reason for the fan to misbehave. If it is a Bios/Uefi issue. If it is caused by a software update. However, if you are determined to go the manual control, you could try NotebookFanControl I found it worked well when other programs did not.
  3. Did it download Advanced System Care 7. If not, then why did you post in the Advanced System Care 7 section of the Forum.
  4. It would seem that you prefer to rant and rave about your issue, rather than actually solve it. First, you should have posted in a new Topic, as your post is now buried in an old topic. Seeing as you have posted here in this Topic, then it would have saved you time and effort, if you had read the posts in this Topic, as the solution for your issue has already been given.
  5. You posted in the Driver Booster section of the forum....but it does not seem that you have an issue with Driver Booster itself, but some sort of password issue. In order to help you...we need to know exactly what your issue is...and you need to post in the correct/relevant area of the forum.

  8. What sort of things do you need to go over?. If you bought each product separately, did you use the same email address every time. Were your orders processed through Verifone
  9. Switch off the Antivirus if you do not want it running. I do not understand what you mean by..."As a customer I do expect something that meets my requirements."..... You bought it (ASCU). If you did not want the Antivirus feature, why did you not just get ASC.
  10. ISUTip.exe is the AutoUpdate is the automatic update component of ASCU. The missing madExcept_.bpl is obviously causing the issue. So follow the advice already given in this Topic.

  13. How is it an Iobit ripoff??? You have proved that the programs work...so if there is an issue on one of your computers, then logically, the issue is with the computer.
  14. The first sign of insanity...is...performing the same action again and again...and hoping for a different result...
  15. Check your ASC settings and make sure that Registry Deep Clean is NOT ticked. This is the most likely cause of your issue.
  16. First...you are using a very old version of ASC, which, if you are on Windows 10, may not be compatible. So, the first thing to do would be to upgrade to the latest ASC version. I have never heard of ASC destroying a HDD, nor can I see any possible way for the program to do so. It may be possible for the HDD to be made temporarily unusable...but it could definitely be made functional again.
