  1. I do not understand what you mean by..." I updated my Performance Monitor" You can only update your Performance Monitor by updating the full ASC program. Have you tried running other Temperature monitoring programs to compare readings, as at the moment you are only guessing as to which one is correct.
  2. You are saying that this does not happen happen when you start ASC or when you run a scan, but when ASC is running in the background. The only items which run in the background are in the, Speed Up and Protect areas of your settings. I suggest you go to these and switch off the functions in each. Then switch them on one at a time until you identify the culprit (most likely Real-time TuneUp in Speed Up section) You can also put xBox in the Ignore List.
  3. In the ....Manage Protected Files In the...Add Files & Folders.
  4. Did the previous driver work ok.? If so then rollback to it.
  5. It is safer to have more than one program protecting your system. As one may find something the other misses. I run Windows Defender and a separate anti-malware program, and it works well. If you find Windows Defender too sensitive, then you should go through it's settings and tweak it to suit your needs.
  6. What are you talking about?? They are not email addresses. They are references to other members of the forum. Did you look at the Home page as I suggested....the answer is there....just click on Forums at the top of this page.
  7. This question has already been answered here.....https://forums.iobit.com/topic/18991-products-expiration-dates-issuesuggestion/#comment-121722 Also, if you look at the Forum home page you will see the section where licence/purchacing/ issue's and solution(s) are dealt with.
  8. Yes, you can do any one of those things. You can transfer the ASCU Monitor if you like. Or you can just install ASCU. However you should not have to disable windows defender in the registry. It should automatically disable itself once it sees another AV program with realtime protection is activated. If it does not the you can simply disable Windows defender from the security settings.
  9. These programs are developed separately, and usually ASCU is released much later than ASC, so maybe the ASC Monitor upgrade was not included. If you want, you go to the Programs (x86) directory, then to Iobit/Advanced Systemcare, and copy the Monitor.exe file. You can then go to the ASCU directory on the other computer and replace the Monitor.exe file there with the one you copied and see if you now have those functions in ASCU. (you should rename the existing Monitor.exe file (ie,,Monitor.exe.old) and keep it in case the new one does not work)
  10. Ok. If you think it has nothing to do with your question, then good luck.
  11. Thank you for the feedback. It should be very helpful. I hope Iobit take notice and act quickly.
  12. Why do you think it does not. Have you looked at the user manual.
  13. So, instead of just repeating the same thing that caused the issue in the first place, why did you not update the drivers one at a time to identify which driver caused the issue. This could have helped you and others.
  14. You should re-install the program, and see if that fixes the issue. Download it from Majorgeeks.
  15. So, are you saying that the scheduled update option also does not work??
  16. Is this a new issue. Did it ever work.? If it is a new issu and it worked previously, did anything happen, such as a recent ASCU update.? Which version of windows do you have. Try selecting the...Update at a scheduled time...option, just to see if that works. Try the..... Direct connection (no proxy)...

  18. You can read the many...many posts in the forum dealing with this issue and the solution(s). Why did you post in the General Forum Items section.???
  19. No need to get rid of either one. As well as the program files, add the appdata folders as well.
  20. It does not update when you boot your pc. It updates when an update is available.

Or download the drivers on another pc and transfer them. If you can. As for the warning... I do not think any company would put up such a warning as it would infer that the product could cause issues. That is why people should read the product manual first so they know what each function does and can then decide which options and settings they want to use.
