You have already done so many changes that you have made it harder to correct/analyse the issue. Did you try using the driver rollback function in driver booster, to undo the driver updates. Did you try a system restore to a time before the driver updates.( although this may not be possible now because you did a windows reset). Do you know which drivers were updated (there is a log file in driver booster with the info)

Have you checked in Controlled Folder Access in Windows to see if windows has blocked access?

I think you are confusing this forum with the "Mind readers Forum". You give absolutely no detail of your issue (such as what the error message is) etc... Your Title gives the impression that you cannot find the "Protected Folder"...which would suggest that you installed the program but cannot access the "Protected Folder you created. Then your next post says that you cannot open the Application....which would suggest that the application installation itself is an issue and not a protected folder. If you require assistance, then give us the details of what you did....and what went wrong. We are not mind readers.
