  1. If only life were so simple. Yes it should be easy to undo the problem by simply reverting, but as you can see from the article, it seems that Windows 10 had an issue with the Driver Update and disabled the device. Maybe your best course is to do a diagnostic or an automatic driver update on the lenovo site I sent you.
  2. Here is a link to the Lenovo support page for your machine.... You can download the touchpad driver or you can run diagnostics https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/ie/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/yoga-series/yoga-s740-14iil?linkTrack=Homepage%3ABody_Browse Products&searchType=0&keyWordSearch=
  3. No...you never said that. Did you read the Driver Booster Manual I gave the link to earlier Your trackpad does not have to be replaced. There is nothing physically wrong with it. Your system just does not see it. Have a look at this similar issue which was fixed by installing Win 11....Just be sure not to lose your files. https://forums.iobit.com/topic/18081-no-audio-output-device-in-installed-after-the-driver-booster-update/?tab=comments#comment-116644
  4. It is very hard to help you when I do not know what you are able to do on your pc without a touchpad or mouse. Have a look here...https://www.quora.com/unanswered/Why-is-my-laptop-touchpad-not-working-after-a-driver-update-by-Windows https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/synaptics-touchpad-not-working-after-windows-10/4cbadc3b-e287-4f15-99e5-2913b4ec6e23 https://www.google.com/search?q=touchpad+not+working+after+driver+update&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b Also, if you can open Device Manager in windows scroll down to ,,, Mice and other pointing devices...expand that and Synaptics pointing device should be listed. If it is see if there is an error on it.... If it is not listed, right click on Mice and other pointing devices and click Scan for Hardware Changes....
  5. In windows Settings...click on Devices In Devices click on Touchpad in the left column. In Touchpad...click on additional settings...on the right hand side In the pop up box look under Hardware to see if anything is listed. Also, on the Touchpad screen...on the left side...look at...Fixing Touchpad Problems and Opening the On-screen touchpad.
  6. Did you try using a system restore point to revert your system back to a time before the issue occurred. Did you try rolling back the driver to the original one. You can do this in Driver Booster. https://www.iobit.com/product-manuals/db-help/
  7. @ fernando ferreira Why are you posting a copy of Kheoz post ?
  8. How did Iobit block it. I have never seen ASC block anything. Also, if you have fixed it, then please share your fix, as it may help other Users.
  9. Nobody deleted your post. I did edit the foul language, which is not allowed. So do not do it again. I did move them to the correct section of the Forum. Now you know the correct thing to do, so next time....I will delete them.
  10. So....... A new install of Win 10 did not fix the issue. A new install of Win 11 did fix it. It makes you wonder if Windows is really the problem...
  11. Read the first post. It clearly states.."RC"... release
  12. All post's must be in English as per Forum rules. You have posted a Driver Booster issue in the Uninstaller section of the forum. You must re-post your issue in the correct section of the forum. Your post will be deleted from here, shortly.
  13. That is a very defeatist attitude. Of course it can be fixed. It just takes some effort. So, how did you find "out that nothing can fix it, not even with BIOS, the windows just wont let".
  14. Why are you posting this here. Surely you should be posting in either the ASUS forum or the AISuite3 Forum.
  15. I expected that those would not work, because you already did so many things to your pc before seeking assistance. have a look at this and see if it solves the issue.......https://forums.iobit.com/topic/16733-help-my-audio-isnt-working-anymore-after-driver-booster-8-updated-them-and-i-cant-rollback-either/?tab=comments#comment-114150
  16. I assume that you are using the Programs and Features function in Windows to do the uninstall. If so then this is a generic windows message, to make you think twice before removing items. Which is maybe not a bad thing, but typical windows.... they give little detail. From the additional info above, the items listed are safe to remove. Additionally, after you remove them, you should go to Programs x86 (in windows file explorer) and AppData, and delete any Iobit Advanced Systemcare Folders. This will ensure that all remnants are removed.. I wish more people were as cautious as you when removing/modifying items on their pc. It would make for a lot less problems.
  17. If you never installed it and you do not want it then remove everything.
  18. Did you try a restore point to restore your pc to a time before the issue started. Did you try the Fix no Sound function in Driver Booster Tools.
  19. The key for what?? Licence issues have been dealt with many times in many posts, including the solutions. In fact in the last 24 hours there have been a few posts on the issue. Please see same.
  20. Sorry to hear that. I say this, because the products are excellent, and this recent form of marketing is very unfortunate. I do not have any connection to Iobit whatsoever, as I am a volunteer here in the Forum, trying to help other users. I have not updated any Iobit products recently, as I have a rule that I do not update anything until a sufficient amount of time has elapsed, in which the update has been proved to be safe and without issues. So, I have not had to deal with this issue. I wish you well in your endeavours.
  21. They are an American company, so I cannot see there is much the UK Commissioner can do. As this issue is seemingly causing you great stress, I can give you a link to download the previous version which should solve your issue, as the issue has only surfaced in the latest version(s).
