  1. https://forums.iobit.com/topic/18485-why-does-malwarebytes-keeps-quarantining-advanced-systemcare-15-pro/#comment-117292 While the post refers to a different AV program, the issue is the same.
  2. Do you have a question or are you just sharing information?
  3. Nothing Confusing about it. It is the Rule.

  7. Please see the product manuals to decide if your requirements can be met. Such as Advanced Systemcare Ultimate and Iobit Malwarefighter. https://www.iobit.com/en/product-manuals.php
  8. All posts must be in English as per forum rules.
  9. What are you talking about. Please explain.
  10. You keep posting in the Spyware-Malware Removal Help section of the Forum. Surely you have realised at this point that no posts have been answered in that section for many years. Seeing as how none of your other posts were answered. I recommend that you post on a malware forum or an iPhone forum if you genuinely want help.
  11. My only comment is that if it was my pc, I would be very nervous about the whole thing. If you read through the drive booster section, the older versions of the program, you will find many recommendations about updating drivers. Such as... Do not update drivers unless you have a specific driver issue or the manufacturer strongly recommends an update. If it is not broken, do not fix it. If you insist on updating your drivers...then never bulk update.... only update two or three at a time so if there is an issue you can track it. Create a system Restore point at least once a week, as automatic restore points are notoriously known for not working. I use Iobit Advanced Systemcare to do this, and it has never failed to restore. Also, if you decide to do anything major such as restoring a lot of drivers, then create a restore point before hand. Also be aware, that some windows updates will delete your system restore points and that windows automatically removes restore points older than about 3 weeks. I also have a Lenovo, and I have not updated a driver in 3 years, and have had no issues.

  13. When you pick a restore point, your system will be restored to what it was on that date and time that the restore point was made. So any changes made to your system after that time will be lost...including windows updates and newly installed software. So, you should pick the one just before you did the driver updates, so as to minimise any losses. If there are new items or windows updates that you don't want to lose through using system restore....then the Driver Restore is your option, as this will restore only the drivers. Again it is confusing, because you stated previously that you updated 57 drivers, and now you are saying 153. Yes, please give feedback on what you find as it may help others.
  14. Yes. Thank you. Have you tried downloading the mouse driver directly from the Lenovo site, and see if that fixes the issue. having updated so many drivers makes fixing the issue very difficult as it could be usb drivers or system drivers causing the issue. have you tried using a system restore point to restore your system to a time before you did the driver updates. This would undo all the driver updates and should fix the issue.
  15. I am sorry, but your post is very confusing. You updated all your drivers, but then you deleted one driver in device manager. Why??
  16. You hated it because you do not know how to use it. It also seems the Product manual is too difficult for you. So.....Look at....Sensitive Data Protection and....Ignore List Also, if you have now decided not to use ASCUltimate....ensure that you have other Anti-virus/Anti-malware protection.
  17. There is no free version of Advanced Systemcare Ultimate. So it seems that you do not understand the program you are using. Also, you are confused about customer support. We are here to solve issues which the User cannot solve themselves. We are not here to do things which the User is too lazy to do themselves.
  18. Yes it is the User manual. I just looked at the link. Yes there are settings to fix your issue. So, again, read the Manual and you will be able to sort your issue. I am not going to do it for you. It is your pc and your responsibility to be able to use it correctly.
  19. It shows it in the product manual. By reading the product manual you will understand the program better and will be able to fix issues yourself.
  20. This is not a Smart Defrag issue, but a system issue, and it is actually a well documented issue on windows. https://www.google.com/search?q=Windows+cannot+find+'C:\Program+Files+(x86)\+.+Make+sure+you+typed+the+name+correctly,+and+then+try+again."&client=firefox-b&sxsrf=AOaemvKXolQwkOJvtZMP3ciUXA12jyVQsQ:1638086935896&ei=FzmjYZ-bNs_XgQbX3YigCg&start=0&sa=N&ved=2ahUKEwjfgrOvzbr0AhXPa8AKHdcuAqQ4ChDy0wN6BAgBEDY&biw=1512&bih=701&dpr=0.9 Also, be aware, that windows has a built in Defrag function which runs automatically and should be turned off if you are using a third party defrag program, as they will conflict and or undo each others work.
  21. After 4 days, it is hard to remember exactly why. It seems this is not a big issue for you if it takes 4 days to reply. However, I believe the reason I posted that link was to get you to check if Controlled Folder Access has blocked SD from making changes.
  22. Driver Booster has a rollback function, so you can undo any driver updates. It is always good practice to read the product manual before using a program/app. https://www.iobit.com/product-manuals/db-help/
