  1. I downloaded ASC from Majorgeeks site and scanned it. Even malwarebytes said it was fine.

Something on your pc is preventing it from contacting the Iobit server, which is required for the installation.

So, either an app/security program or Firewall is most likely responsible.

    Maybe a browser add on....

  2. Nope...it should not be difficult at all.

That said..there is a long history of dispute between Malwarebytes and Iobit.

Malwarebytes way of dealing with it, is to block Iobit software. I have had to put all Iobit programs into the Malwarebytes

ignore list, and then I had no issues. Have you done this?

  3. If you go to...C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\Advanced SystemCare\Update

You will see a file named...Toolbox.ini

If you double click on that file it will open as a text file in Notepad.

If you scroll down through the text you will see the direct link for every program in the Toolbox.

Copy the link for the Tool you want and paste it into your browser.

This will take you directly to the Download. Save the file in the ASC folder...C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\Advanced SystemCare

    Example: http://update.iobit.com/dl/toolbox/asctoolbox2021061614/Suo10_SmartRAM.exe

  4. The Toolbox in ASC works fine. Your pc is stopping the downloads.

I have just tested some of the tools and they downloaded without problems.

Have you looked in Controlled Folder Access to see if any Iobit products are blocked.

    Have you checked your firewall

Have you looked in your Antivirus/Malware to see if they have quarantined any Iobit files.

  5. Thank you very much for at least confirming that there are still people out there who like nothing better than

making stupid comments about things they don't understand.

Read the posts properly, and you will maybe understand them after a few readings.

  6. It is very difficult to help people who do not even bother to follow the rules.

First, you have posted in the Forum Usage Guidelines section of the forum, and completely ignored the..."Read this First"...statement.

If you had, then you would have known to post in the ASC section.

Also you would have known to read other posts regarding the same issue, to find a solution, and save you a lot of hassle and writing.

So, now go and read the many posts dealing with Licencing/purchase issues, and you will quickly see the simple solution.

I am also moving your post to the ASC section.
