  3. Hi xemo-aslam, Thanks for your feedback. Do you mean that you still get the message to ask you to upgrade to Advanced SystemCare v6 Pro? If so, we would like to say that ASC v7 beta will not affect anything about your ASC v6. This beta version is only to give our users to do test and give us their suggestions to help us improve ASC v7. Thanks for supporting IObit!
  4. Hi milk42, Thanks for your feedback. For the issue you mentioned, please download the tool from: http://download.iobit.com/test/info-helper-v7.exe Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. You will get a zipped file IObit_Debug_Info.zip on your desktop. Please send it to us so that we can get the detailed information to look into. Besides, please download the demo from http://wikisend.com/download/889392/PluginInstall_Demo.rar Then unzip it in c:\Program Files\IObit\Surfing Protection\ and click "Install" to see whether the issue can be solved. Looking forward to your reply. :-D
  5. Hi hurricane4911 and comp12, @ hurricane4911 ,for your question " Is the new Junk File scan under ASC-7 a combination of the Scan/Toolbox code in ASC-6 or is there a new algorithm?", please describe it more clearly with the precise name of the tools that you mentioned. Sorry I am a little confused by your current description. @ comp12, for the issue about Driver Booster , please download the tool from http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/InfoHelper.exe Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. So you will get zipped file DriverBooster_Log_Files.zip on your desktop. Please send us the zip file to help us look into the issue. Thanks for supporting IObit.
  6. Hi hazzardousmat and ForesterSOF and dwats, @hazzardousmat, thanks for your suggestion. Currently, you can make settings to run ASC automatically at Starup by clicking " Load Automatically at Windows Startup" in General Settings. Does the " autorun at startup option" mean that? If not, please give us more details. @ ForesterSOF, for your suggestion " The autodefrag sub-program needs to have a ssd box.", please describe the suggestion more clearly. Do you mean having a box to tick whether to defrag it ? Currently, Smart Defrag free will not defrag your ssd automatically. @ dwats, actually, you should defrag the registry. Because it will locate and safely remove all the unwanted fragments. It will enhance the proper functioning of your computer and it will feel as good as new.
  7. Hi mandashi, Sincerely thanks for your suggestions. I also miss the smiley face as you and other users do. I have reported the suggestion to our product team and hope they can make changes. For your suggestion about " context menu manager", could you please describe it more clearly with details? Currently, users can set the right-click context menu under General Settings. For your other suggestion, I will report them altogether to our product team for consideration. Welcome more suggestions. :-D

  9. Hi slojanko , Sincerely thanks for your precious time to send us your suggestion. You are really professional and careful enough to find out the details of our products. As you mentioned " some buttons those images are deleted from memory, so asc.exe (process name of asc?) uses less memory." The reason that our programmers did not enable this on every button is because when you click some buttons, they will not occupy more memory. Thus, it is not necessary to do so. What's more, if we enable this on every button, it may bring unwanted troubles to our users. E.g: Make ASC hangup or stuck. Thus, our programmers find the balance and enable this on some buttons that need this skill badly. E.g: when you click "Stop" button in the scanning or the "Back" button after the scan, it will delete the loaded images or something like that to release memory. Anyway, I am impressed on your profession and carefulness. How lucky we are to have such professional users like you. Sincerely hope that you can give us more precious suggestions. Also, thanks our Scannan's timely reply.
  10. Hi slojanko and mirecek1965, Thanks for your feedbacks. Could you please describe your suggestion " It would be nice if ASC would delete the images in use for tabs that aren't opened" more clearly with related screenshots? Guide for taking screenshot. http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm Also, it would be much appreciated if you can give us more details about the " RAM " issue. E.g: When this " start with 3MB and and up with 30MB. " happens, what did you do? @mirecek1965 , we are happy that you are satisfied with our products. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to tell us.
  11. Hi CaptainSpaz, Thanks for your feedbacks. To look into the issue about Smart RAM does load at Windows StartUp even you ticked it, please take the steps below to help us look into the issue. 1) Please uninstall your current ASC v7 completely and make sure ASC v6 has also be uninstalled completely. 2) Please clean install ASC v7 Beta from http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/advanced_systemcare_6_beta_3_%280928%29.html as enoskype mentioned. 3) Please tick "Run at Windows StartUp" for Smart RAM to see whether the issue can be solved. If the issue remains, please send us the scan log of ASC to help us look into the issue. Usual Path for log: %appdata%\IObit\Advanced SystemCare V7 Thanks enoskype and scrd01's timely reply about the issue.

Besides, what are you doing when the ram and cpu is high? Scan with ASC v7? Or fix the found problems with ASC v7? Guide for taking screenshot. http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm Looking forward to your feedbacks.
  13. Hi enoskype, This small tool is designed to protect users' computer from rogueware and adware in real-time. When detecting there are such threats are trying to install, this tool will remind users to ensure the computer's security. It is featured with small, light and stable. So this tool doesn't have main GUI or settings window. It will display windows only when some malicious actions are detected. Here are the screenshots for your reference. Malware Removal in Advanced SystemCare Ultimate V6.1 and Advanced SystemCare V6.3 has this bug. This bug will be fixed in database update for Malware Removal module.

Please download the tool from http://www.cd4o.com/drivers/debug/InfoHelper.exe Then double click to run this tool and click “Save report to Desktop”. 16. Hi xxxy, Thanks for your feedbacks. For the scanning results you mentioned, I will report your concerns to our product team for consideration. It should be better, if you can give us more details about the current confusions to read the scanning results and then we can make improvements. Besides, do you have any good ideas to display the scanning results more clearly? We are happy, if you can give us your precious suggestions to help us make better reading UI. For the issue " Being forced to install on the C drive. ", did you clean installation of ASC V7? Because I did test, if you clean installation of ASC V7, you have the chance to choose the drive that you want to install. If you had installed ASC v7 on C drive, then you install ASC v7 on the top of it. It should be installed on C drive as you mentioned. Looking forward to hearing from you.
  17. Hi anugra01, Happy to hear the good news. :-D Could you please tell us how long it took to run the demo? @ Scannan, you had a good guess about register cleaner. But it is not the reason that caused the issue. It should be a bug. Thus, those who met the similar issues about register cleaner, please try the demo in my post #53. @ tniver and GhostMotleyX , please also try the demo and tell us how long it took. And GhostMotleyX, for your suggestion "more Browser support i.e. Chromium, Comodo Dragon, Torch etc.", I will forward it our product team for consideration. More feedbacks can help us make ASC v7 be better and better. Looking forward to your suggestions. Millions of thanks for all your warmhearted guys. :-D

  22. @norton737 & TJB1982 Advanced SystemCare v7 beta is fully supporting Windows 8.1. @enoskype I have written down your concern regarding the GUI size and surely will forward it to the program team for consideration. @Daskalos There is a hide link at the bottom right of the Action Center window. You can click it to hide it. :) There are also other users like smiley face than ABC. We have also written down this request and will consider it seriously in Beta 2. @TJB1982 To sum up your latest post, there are three suggestions and one question: Suggestion 1: option to customize the cleanning of browser history according to time. Suggestion 2: supporting maximizing the report window for easier reading. Suggestion 3: change the category view into a program by program list. I will forward them to our product team for further consideration. Regarding your question, the program will not restart your computer automatically. It only tells you that these modules will be fixed on reboot. Regarding the Automatic repair function, please make sure whether you tick that option in Advanced SystemCare scanning window. We provide Automatically repair and Shut down PC option in scanning window.
  23. Hello all, Advanced SystemCare v7 Beta is available for translation already. Along with it, we also released the first beta for IObit Uninstaller v3. You can get Advanced SystemCare v7 beta 2 from http://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/advanced_systemcare_6_beta_3_(0928).html You will get IObit Uninstaller 3 in Toolbox of Advanced SystemCare v7 beta 2. Please help us translate the attached three English.lng files for Advanced SystemCare v7 and IObit Uninstaller V3 into your language by following the steps below: 1). The translated file should be saved in Unicode format. 2). The name of the translation file should be Yourlanguage.lng. E.g: If your language is French, then the name of the translation file should be French.lng . 3). Some codes should not be translated or modified including "%s", "%d", "<a>%d</a>" ,"<a>%s</a>", "%u", "%.0n", "{0}", "%d%%", 100%, 300%, etc. 4). DisplayName should also be your own mother tongue. E.g: If your language is French, then it should be DisplayName=Français. For more details about how to translate, please refer to http://forums.iobit.com/showthread.php?t=15659 We plan to release beta 3 at the end of this month. So if you send the translation before the end of this month, we can add it to the release of beta 3. Or we will release it in the final release. Old message: Advanced SystemCare V7 beta 1 is released with language files packaged. But we recommend that you do not translate it currently as we will add more improvements and some new features in beta 2. So the language file will be updated in beta 2. It is better to start the translation from beta 2. If you already in the process of translation, you can hold it on now. If you already finished the translation, please send it to Cicely's email address. I know you know it. :) When beta 2 released, I will send you the updated strings alone as well as the latest beta 2 language so that you can update the translation easily. :) Thank you all for your always great support to IObit. Hope Advanced SystemCare V7 will support more and more languages!
  24. Dear Fluffyman36, I guess IObit programmers will be happy to hear this. Please post your new findings or suggestions regarding this program. We will try our best to improve it to be better and better.
  25. Hi norton737, Thanks for your suggestion, we have added this kind of information in Turbo Boost in beta 1 already. You can try it now.
