To me, it says that you have an old Dell computer with slow interface connections,

with not enough RAM to handle an upgrade to W-7 or W-8,

and a hard-drive that is getting very full (too Small).

It has too many negatives to try to upgrade the hardware or OS-software.

OS means operating system

So it is a report over how your OS works and what is registered under it.

To describe in detail what every item means would fill volumes.

I fail to find a reference to an antivirus program in your system report - so I advise you to get an antivirus program installed as soon as possible - if not sooner :-)

Then you have several references to SENS (System Event Notification Service) with an error code 1058 which means that you have that specific service deactivated. Have you done that on purpose?

You seem to have ASC and IMF running - but both of these programs are not antivirus programs!!

ac97ich4.sys is an intel sound file that isn't signed digitally

I can't emphasize too strongly that you should Install an Antivirusprogram!!
